Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the Almaamel Store app can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

• Open the app and log in
• Go to Account Settings > Delete Account
• Or send a direct request via email below

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Phone number
• User name
• Order history
• Saved delivery locations

Data Retention

Some transactional data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, accounting, or operational compliance before permanent deletion.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests submitted via email are processed within 72 hours.
